Can someone please explain to me how Telecheck can justify their actions? I recently tried to make an on-line purchase and the transaction was declined by Telecheck and the reason given was 'not enough information'. I have never written a bad check, I DO NOT use credit cards, and a check or credit card were the only options. Seems to me this company has a little too much power when they can decline a transaction when they have NO negative information about a person.
