Why in the world did I beleive that technology would make my life easier? My wifes mobile (02) wont work can I get any help, can I hell,I want aol broadband but theres a fault on the bt line can i get help, can I hell. All I can get from so called customer service lines is an idiotic robot voice that asks questions not relevant to my problems, as I dont fit the boxes I get no help at all!! Bring Back People!!
