phoned tech dept. Got phone put down on me twice by Scotish speaking males. It was after a 3rd call where an Asian speaking ,male answered the call and was very helpful and sorted my tech problem. Tiscali you are lucky as I began looking at other services for my first time. A credit to Asian chap. He saved you from almost loosing me as a customer
