This brokerage recently ripped me off. I had stock in IVAX pharmaceutical. Ivax merged with Teva Pharmaceutical and I requested the Teva stock which was worth over $40 per share as opposed to the $26 per share offered in cash. TDAmeritrade paid me off in cash and kept the Teva stock I requested. I figure they ripped me off to the tune of $1500. My complaints to them fall on deft ears.
