i ordered this wind chime from Taylor Gifts,it was suppose to be metal butterflies on a sprially twist. it is plastic!!!!! i wouldn't even call it plastic, maybe thick paper. and it cost $7.98 plus there was $8.96 in shippping charges. i am so mad,has this happened to any one else?
