
Target & Return/No-returns

Buyer beware lives at Target. I bought 3 DVDs @ a Target. All 3 were defective. The Corporate policy is no exchange/money back, only returns for opened DVDs. The policy is not posted at the point of sale, only at the return counter and I was tols after calling the complaint #, on the back of the receit. Weel, it dose not seem right to me. Just an individual person. I don't trust their merchandize after buying 3 different DVDs. I also had the customer service girl hang up on me. I called in a complaint on her also. ONE purchace, TWO complaints, one on corporate policy & one on rude service agents. TARGET has lost 2 customers here. They wont stand behind their merchandize. Target & Walmart - watch yourself if you buy or do bussiness with them.
