Tanglwood

I am not sure what is happening with the ownership of Tanglwood Resort in the Pocono Mountains. I am hearing that the Board has been voted out and a group from Mexico has taken over. Rumor has it that the rates will be increased along with special assessments. How can this happen without the vote of the general membership? If anyone has any idea or information on what is happening---please let us know!!!!
