Talk America Phone Company is a total ripoff

In June of 2006 I spoke with awoman by the name of Carolyn 20739 a representative of talk America Phone Compny, I agreed to switch over companies after talking with her for at least 30 minutes about features and cost I toldthat my service would be 37.95 with internet because it was a special promotion that would not change as long as i had the service and that I would recieve a month free meaning that my first payment would be deducted September 18,guess what everything she told me was a lie,payment was deducted from my account in August,I was told tht my bill would no way be what she told me it would be,instead it was 55.00 a month I never recieved a bill so now it is 115.00 they waived the late fee because they had been sending it to the wrong address. My internet I could not use because I never recieved the ware,although it was constantly on the way so now Iam searching for another phone company that actually stay true to their word
