We have been trying to get a phone line installed for my 85 year old mother in law for 2 weeks. They have missed 2 appointments, where my wife sat at her mothers appartment waiting for the phone tech to show up. When we finally attempted to cancel the installation, we were told we could not do this, unless we wanted to pay a $150 service charge. They are rude and very misleading. Still no phone!!!!!!!
