taking advantage

My Grandmother is 89 years old and she was needing some carpets cleaned. so when she got a call on the phone from Bay Area Carpet Care saying they would come to her house and clean them that sounded great.They said were going to give her the lowest prices,Well when they came out they only cleaned two rugs and two chairs and they didnt even come out clean(at all) .They charged her $900 and they kept one of her chairs and told her she could have it back for $125.I just can't stand people taking advantage of seniors.
