downloaded norton anti-virus and norton diagnostic program and it has been and expense and nightmare since. went on line to see other consumer complaints and mine is similar. dealing with india has been a nightmare and my computer problems are far worse than before symantec and their india outsourcing. how are they getting away with this???????????????????????
