My compliant is about how unprofessional the so-called customer service representative @ suzuki corp. treated me. We had only put TWO hours on our brand new suzuki 40hp - 4 stroke motor, when we found ourselves dead in the water. After a 4 hour drift to a safe place,and several phone calls ( thank God for cell phones )we finally made it to land. The resolution to 'OUR' problem was not an easy one and the suzuki corp. was less than helpful or sympathic to the situation. To quote their corporate service manager, 'That's Life'. I wanted to know if anyone else has had a similar experience with a suzuki marine motor.
