Have waited two weeks for my new BBQ - after being promised delivery in 2-3 days. BBQ arrived with the wrong stand! Call their customer service (took 20 minutes to get through since the lines were always engaged. Spoke to Customer Service - talked about picking up the correct stand from their warehouse - but they would get a manager to call me back in half an hour - well an hour went by - no call and I then tried calling them for the next few hours - lines permanently engaged. I will never use Sunshine Lifestyle Products again.
