This is a classic case of a Mexican Timeshare fraud. Sunset Group owns Sunset Fishermen Resort & Spa, Sunset Royal Hotel, Sunset LagoonStaged presentation leads you to believe you are buying something another person is trading in and this deal is 'just for you.' They lie and tell you that you must forfeit your 'right to cancel' which is not true under Mexican law. Also tell you under Mexican law you cannot tour any other facility on the same vacation which is false. Misrepresent timeshare as a financial investment, misquoting value and the amount you can rent your weeks for. Guarantee you will make money and your property will increase in value when in fact it decreases. Even members cannot obtain weeks for themselves, much less the ones they can rent.
