Sunrocket VOIP

There are many broadband VOIP services out there. Unfortunately, I opted to save some money and purchased the one year package through Sunrocket. The service is poor at best. Periodically, my service goes out for hours at a time. The voice quality is poor most of the times with skips and dead air in conversations. My voice mail does not work - claims my voice mail box is full even though there are no messages in it. Contacting customer service is a waste of time. Apparently the live person you talk to has no technical experience and simply takes a message to have a customer service person call you back at a later time -- which never happens. I've called 3 times for different concerns and have yet to receive one return call. Bottom line - If you wan't CHEAP service that is sporadic at best and you have a land line and/or cell phone as back up, go for Sunrocket. If not, go with a more reputable and reliable company like Vonage.
