The Company Rinker Materials suck as a company. They can not follow their company Policy. Mr. Bill Gearhart the IT Director sucks as a Director because he is always breaking the company policy to his friends that work for him. He never does anything when you bring up an issue, like he says 'I will throw it under the rug'
