Idiots at British Delights. Needed to tell SOMEONE about them. I wanted some custard to serve at home, after a trip to England. I found a website called British Delights to order some through. I ordered 7 cans and a 100ct. teabags. Well, got 6 cans, all beat up and my tea. I emailed them to see what they'd do about it. No answer for over a week. Emailed again. Told them, I'd keep it up till they answered. Said they'd refund the cost of the can. Well, in the meantime, they had charged my account an extra $1.01, for no reason! And still no refund. Took over two weeks and numerous emails to squeeze a measly $3.50 out of these idiots and still didn't get the $1.01 charge back. What jerks. Don't go to them for anything. Rip off artists.
