Stupid Bank

I called my bank today because of some overdraft fee's. The first person I talked to 'Rosie' was pretty decent but wasn't helping me at all. So I asked to talk to a superviser, well 'Micheal' got on the phone and I hear 'Rosie' in the background laughing her behind off. Oh yeah real professional right? So when I tell 'Micheal' that he is being very unprofessional he begins to tell me that I have no clue of the powers in his position and that he will take care of the matter. Yeah I will believe that when I see it.
