Street interviewing by Accent

I was interviewed in Ken High St on 20/07/06 by a (polite)young man who said he would ring me back - he did not, presumably expecting me to spend my money to ring Accent! He told me it was about TfL but not that it was about the Congestion Charge! He now has all my details. I am worried! As an elderly pensionner this is unacceptable
