booked a hol to gran canaria on interet going thru airtours, got flight invoice, tickets depart and outgoing, flew over , lovely holiday, told as i was bording the plane our luggage was coming off and that they actually had 2 outbound tickets down for us!!!??? tickets clearly stated relevent flights. rep said bet he cud do was end us back on the next available flight to the uk. then id have 2 make my own way to bristol airport 2 pick my car up.
