I purchased a coffee maker from Starbucks ($150.00) less than a year ago. It has a two year warranty and they are refusing to honor that warranty because they decided to discontinue the product. They refuse to give me a replacement coffee maker. They refuse to make good on their warranty. The only offer they will give me is $60.00 store credit. Why would I want to purchase anything from them again if they don't even care that their customers are unhappy? I spend a lot of money in Starbucks. No More!
