I had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer. The 2 cleaners left without telling me that they had broken a door and a ceiling fan. After I called they came back with a supervisor and admitted to doing both. One of the men opened a desk drawer and pulled out the ceiling fan chain where they had hidden it. The supervisor said he'd get the door fixed and have an electrician come come to fix the ceiling fan. A day and a half later I still hadn't heard back from them regarding when the fixes would be done. I happened to check the desk where they had hidden the ceiling fan chain and found that a Seiko dress watch was missing. Since I hadn't heard from SS for almost 2 days, I called their office and found that the supervisor hadn't even registered the problems on their data base. I told them about the missing watch. I am now waiting for the supervisor to call back.
