staff qualifications

the staff in nursing homes need to be evaluated more thouroughly than they are. i believe the patients should have someone that is tending to their needs mentally fit. there are alot of complaints about the care and neglect the patients are receiving. nowadays the staff are not license. you have p.c.a.'s distributing medication, c.n.a's arenot even allowed to handle medication. i know i would not want to be in the care of the nursing homes i have come across.
