
Sprint the worst ever

Last spring my contract with sprint was ending. So being a loyal and usally completely satisfied customer. I was more than happy to close that contract and start a new one with them and get a new phone and all. My old contract I had three phones in my name, sending the about 225$ a month. I on occassion would have debates with my coworkers and my freinds about who is the best cell phone service provider. I would go up to bat for sprint every time. I had been with sprint since about 1998 and preety much loved them. Anyway so I purchased my new sprint phone a almost 400$ dollar phone with all the bells and tricked out fetures. I also decided I want the high speed web card. So I got the phone loved it, but the web card was out of stock. So i really really wanted my sprint web card so I ordered it there right from the store and sprint was supossed to have drop ship it in a few days to the city i was working. I watied and waited for about 2 weeks it never came. So i thought maybe they was just backed up so i called sprint and they said they never got the order. So a little fustraited i ordered it from the sprint people over the phone. Anyway the lady was nice she set me up then we got dis connected as you know they only give you there first name, you can just try to ask for her but they acted like they had no idea of any such order or the lady i talked to. So i tried with the next person they said the order was in I waited about another week and then called cause i never got the card I was pissed at this point. I called them and said forget it I dont want it they said it s cancled. That was the end of it as far as i thought. So i work in the field and I hadnt been home for a while than I returned at the end of the project I was working so i went home to my surprise i had alot of sprint statments and thats ok because i pay my bills online, but than i saw one statment for 500 dollars for a some phone and contract. I was stressed out I did not know the number on the statment so I thought it was fraud. So i called sprint to ask about it after dealing with an autmated voice machine I fannily spoke with a real person and to my dissmay they redirected me to a whole new number to call so at this point i had spent about 30 min on the issue so far ok called the number got about 4 more voice options to go through. OK here is my option I picked it and it said thanks for calling are office hours are 9am to 5pm eastren it was about 5:15 I was so mad. So a few days later i tried again and then that department transfered me to another department and another intill my total time was up to about 1.5 hours then i spoke to some person that only has a first name and after about another hour he told me that they had been charging me for the web card that they never sent me. I was hot after explainig the whole story i got transfered again so i had to tell the story overe and over. finally i got another person with just a first name. He seemed to be actually helping me so i calmed doown he promised me after leaving me on hold for almost an hour, that he supervisor approved it and he was crediting and closing the account. It would be all done and on my account in 48 hours. OK i wass so happy. Done right? NO a couple statements came in in the following 2 months i thought maybe the paper work had not caugt up with the statement the guy did for me so on the end of the next period it was still there i was heated. I cancled my other sprint account and payed the cancel fee I told tem that I was really upset at how the would treat a 8 year customer. I was done.>> so Than i tried to handle it again I was put on hold 5 times for a total of 2 hours and spoke to about 7 diffrent people they were unaffective and not had a nocaring attitude I found out they have numbers that can be used to identify them They had never mentiond that befor one guy lied to me told me he was calling the people to take care of it after holding off and on for 2 hours with this guy he told me he is holding to for the people to answer the phone he said they were really busy and i should call back later on my own they will know my file and it would be easier for me i took the number and than told him i would stay on the line with him after 40 min of no noice he just left me there so on my cell phone i tried the number he gave me the same one he was so called trying to get through i got a person in the first min i left the phone on that he had so called been trying to get somebody on. Nothing his end change i talked to a nice, at this new number but than he said he its not his department so transfered again to the customer service line same sh it over and over the guy i talked to last told me that they would credit the account and close it in 48 hours.. To end this I will NEVER eevvvver deal with SPRIT in MY LIFE EVER NOR Will MY FAMILY NOR MY BUISSNESS I HATE THEM THEY WILL NEVER NEVER GET A RED CENT FROM ME AGAIN IN MY LIFE>>>>>>
