I recently had service activated to a ceel phone by the Sprint/ nextel Service. Upon opening an account with them, I asked that they set the account up as a bussness account, instead of the personal account option. Sprint informed me at that time that they had already set the account up as a personal account. I was then informed that they would resolve the problem by creating the bussness account and transferring the money that I had paid them up front to the new bussness acount. 22 hours later my phone had no service. A recording came onto my phone when I tried to make a call. It said something to the effect of my phone service was interupted because I had not paid my bill. Now remember , I just got this phone acctivated 22 hours prior to this 'interuption.' I called Sprint Customer Service and they told me that they money that was transfered to the Bussness account was 'froze' for reasons that they could not come up with. They told me that the service would be restored within 3 hours. 5 hours later I called again, they had not begun to work on the problem and it took me talking to them for about 30 minutes to get the service restored. I could go on and on about how many times I had to call Sprint bout problems with my bill sucj as chargeing me calls on my free minutes and when some of the free services where removed from my phone before I would be charged for them, I was charged anyway. I have since canceled my phone service with them and I will NEVER use there service again and I pitty anyone with there service!
