Sprint phones/service

I purchased a sprint cell phone for my wife, daughter, and myself through Costco. We had to sign up for their 2 year contract to get this so called deal. To date only 2 out of 3 phones are working. We still have not gotten our rebates.I tried to get my phone repaired or replaced as it should be, it is only 2 months old. I now find out that the only way to get warranty repair on this phone or any other through Sprint is to buy what they call an insurance policy for a 35 dollar sign up fee and 6 dollars a month continuing through the end of our contract. Then the stores in my state will fix or replace my phone for free. The so called warranty that sprint offers is 1 year only through the manufacurer. It is up to me to mail my phone to them for yet another fee, then be without it for 3 weeks or more. To me this is no way to treat customers. I think that sprint, costco, and sanyo should be sued for failure to disclose this info to me as well as the many hundreds of thoudsands of customers that have bought their lees than average quality products. What a scam state we live in!!!
