
SPRINT PCS PROVIDING WRONG INFO

Sprint PCS customer service reps have told me soemthing different every time I have called. I paid my bill and waited the 4 hrs for my phone to turn on and it never did!!! I called and they were suppose to connect me to a supervisor,but somehow connected me to another customer waiting for a supervisor. I told the customer my passcode to my account thinkingi t was customer service rep. My phone is still off and someone knows my passcode AND SPRINT IS CLOSED for the day!!! If you are a SPRINT PCS customer...rethink your relationship!!!!
