I have a long term long distance as well as cell contract relationship with Sprint. They added a service i was not even aware of and got billed for it 21 months. I discovered this issue and attempted to resolve it. Never used this extra service. Sprint wont allow you to discuss issues like this with middle or upper management. They over billed my by nearly $400 and offered $45 back. When i told them I history when my contract expires, Their answer was 'We'll miss you as a customer. This is mearly a brief nutshell how the Aholes do biz. DO NOT USE SPRINT AS YOUR CELL PROVIDER. Their customer service is totally useless.
