I ordered an item on the internet from the Spooky Boutique company, they took my money from the bank but failed to send me the item. They have ignored my chasing emails and not bothered to respond at all. It is now 3 months since they took the money from my account and they haven't had the decency to write to me or reply to me or reimburse me the money.
