Spiegel owes $818

Spiegel Cataloge has owed a credit to our VISA since late May, 2006 of $818 (and we are accruing high interest) on a 'REFUSED' shipment of a bed. They have been NASTY on the phone and way too many phone employees of theirs have shoved aside the refund. Spiegel is ATTEMPTING to process our complaint as if it were a 'refund',instead, in their ineptitude tracing their own return shipment for their own financial security. They keep transferring my calls to them to a NOVA SCOTIA number at which the next one I talk to denies any knowledge of the former one ever having worked their and use verbal phone bullying. I am complaining to the 10's now, and won't stop, is becoming routine spreading the bad word about Spiegel. Do busines with Spiegel and it's Caveat Emptor. AZA
