Sovereign Bank users or future users, make sure that you keep all documents,(cancelled checks) anything like if you have an account with them. They are not reliable on their record keeping, so be on yours. Still having problems with them even after I have shown absolute proof that I am current on my payments. Taking it as far as writing up articles to the a few papers and going to the media.. Good Luck
