I cannot believe the standard of service provided (not) by Southern Gas Network! Not only has the work taken far longer than it should have done to get started, but they have not done the work correctly, and now that they've got to come back to rectify the damage, can I get hold of them? Of course not! I've tried every avenue, but no-one answers the phone! What are you supposed to do now?!
