South Jersey Mowers, LLC. in Maple Shade, NJ blames their customers for their mistakes. I ordered a part a couple of weeks ago and told them exactly the part I needed along with the model number of the equipment. What did they do? They ordered the wrong part. They don't know how to look up parts, and even when they try you'll be waiting for a long time. I waited 30-minutes at the parts counter while they clicked around aimlessly. They insulted me when I requested a refund on the wrong part they ordered saying it was my fault when I gave them the exact information they needed back when they ordered it! Absurd!
