Sorry Ass Auto Repair

I was in a car accident on January 20,2006. My 05 Chevy Tahoe has been in the repair shop since 01/22/2006 and is still in the repair shop at George Ma tick Chevrolet in Redford Michigan. I am pissed off at the Insurance company (AAA) for not totalling my vehicle out. I think that the repair shop should'nt have taken on the repair job if they couldn't have it finished in a timely manner.Who can I contact for help, to be remburssed some of or all of my money that I paid on my truck payments every month and the money that I spent for Insurance every month for 7 months?
