Sony Walkman

My son bought a Sony Walkman for £180 last June. The headphone jack broke off in the socket and went to be repaired in December. After it came back it started to freeze intermittently. He sent it off in June and was told it was beyond repair. He sent it off through Dixons who recorded no damage on it but according to Sony it was so damaged it could not be repaired. In less than one year this product is completely useless!
