Sony Support SUCKS

Anyone buy a Sony DSD CD? These CDs are encoded for copy protection (which is understandable) but they are UNPLAYABLE on anything but a Sony player with DSD capabilities, AND THERE IS NO FRIGGING WAY TO RETURN THEM TO SONY. I've made 12 calls to various Sony 'customer support' numbers and end up with busy signals or IDIOTS!!!!!!! Since Sony is one of the 800 pound corporate gorillas in the industry, there is no way around them, but you can be sure that, if an alternative exists from any source, that one should not buy SONY, SONYBMG or any other Sony product!!
