I have sent my Sony Ericsson P910a mobile phone for repair a total of five times. The most recent time, the Sony Ericsson repair center rec'd the phone for repair on Oct. 20, 2006. It's now Nov. 2, 2006. The only thing the S-E people tell me whan I call to ask where it is, is that '...repairs are in process...and it will take 14-21 BUSINESS days (that's nearly a month!!) before it can be returned. S-E is quite unhelpful and unresponsive. If I can advise everyone, DO NOT buy Sony Ericsson products of any kind. They're very expensive, and service is hideous.
