solicitor trying to rip of old lady

my brother died in february in his will he left my elderly parents the house they live in that he purchased five years ago for them.now his gready solicitor and executor to his will has written to them telling them to vacate the house as he is selling it. my parents cannot afford a solicitor of there own. how do we deal with a bent solicitor
