My Daughter was in and Auto Accident in Which her son was involved..The doctor found traces of her Perscriptions in her Plus said there was a trace of Alchol..this was the night before that she had taken her medication and i guess had a drink..The accident happened the next morning...Now they are wanting to get her for Neglect ..Anyone have and answer to this complaint?
