Soccer mom speeders

Why is it that mini van drivers (who are usually talking on a cell phone with a car load of 9 year olds) continually speed through my residential neighborhood and where the heck are the police? I don't care if you're late for your hair appointment or you've got to get little Timmy to his soccer practice. I don't care who's driving 60 in a 55 (or 150 in a 55). It's the a** holes who do 48 in a 25, or 42 in a 15 who should be targeted and stripped of their driving privilidges and their kids if they have any. Use some common sense. I don't fly by your house on a daily basis. Don't fly by mine.
