For,custody of my girls. Its a fucked up situation as to wht he even has custody.anyways...now my daughters are 9/10 & their evil stepmom has 4 boys.they love in a 2 bdrm apt.When i went home to visit for xmas, i notice that he let my kids sleep with they step bros in the same bed. The oldest is 12. Im scared shitless to what the outcome could possibly be. I loathe this man and i have my lawyer money ready. Is this something i could use against him in court. Because its not up to him its up to a judge and he can kiss my ass. I got a bad ass job in fact 2 jobs. no ignortant sick comments.please and thanks

Go for it. Any judge will see the poor living conditions for the girls. If you can support them and show the court a clear enough record they should be yours.
