Snooped the employee files

Today at work, I looked into the employee files of some of my coworkers and found out how much everybody makes. I am making more than most of them and this makes me feel superior to them. But still, I feel guilty for doing this.

Haha that's funny. The water thing at least. I feel for ya. They probably make you do 9-5 so they don't have to give you a lunch break. When I work "8-5" I have to take an hour uinpad lunch so that I only work 40 hours a week. Luckily my office is flexible though, so if I want to I can work through lunch and leave at 4 some days. Or save it up to leave early on a Friday.

The question is...have you actually earned the higher pay? Or....are you a brown nosing, kiss ass who has screwed over your fellow workers to get where you are? If that is the case, don't be so smug. Snooping in other's confidential personnel files tells me you are somewhat lacking in scruples. You should be fired for snooping. Your boss should also be fired for carelessly allowing those files to be unsecured.

Now that you know you're making more, it's up to you to live up to the paycheck. Maybe even take on some of your co-workers' jobs every now and then. And you are now officially the last person that can complain about work in your workplace.

Then again, he may be the world's biggest kiss ass. As the old saying goes, 'It's not what you know but who you blow.'
