SNL.

I was with a friend of mine (let's call her S), and S and her boyfriend were over my house. She wanted to know how my book was coming along, but instead, I showed her a few songs and poems I've written. I showed her a song I wrote about my friend L, and S thought the song about L was great. She wanted me to sing it... I was so shy and told her I'm a horrible singer. The one issue is.. Not only do I like L (who's rejected me twice but I still have some feelings for her), but I also like S. S is smart, laughs at my jokes (I love making people laugh with me), and all she and her boyfriend do is argue. But when she's with me, she's chill and calm. My cousins were teasing me and said "You missed an opportunity! She could've gave you some head!" Perhaps me and S do have a special connection. I love talking to her and opening up. I told my other cousin about the situation and he told me that her boyfriend "is irrelevant" in the equation. Thoughts or advice for me?

Commenter 1, excellent idea! I'd definitely approach her and tell her how I feel. Commenter 2--That's not a good thing to do. Commenter 3--I agree. Every time I tell someone she has a boyfriend, the person tells me "Go for her anyway. He's not shit. He got fired and evicted from his house in the same day!"
