I am fed up to my back teeth of writing to a customer services dept re my new home. It is my opinion that once they take your hard earned cash, they then turn a deaf ear to my snaggings. I am promised this and that but the bottom line is a big fat zillsh. I dont think its fair that I will now need to pay for a solicitor to take action against the building developers. I know about the NHBC but they say the builder is responsible for the first two years. Can anyone offer some words of wisdom please !
