People who call themselves profesional snaggers of new build homes are ripping people off. They are bandwagon jumpers playing on peoples insecurities and lack of knowledge. Anyone can pick fault with other peoples work. New homes are guaranteed by the NHBC for 10 years and most house builders have customer care teams who provide after care work. If anything major comes to light claim off the NHBC. Dont waste £500 for someone to spend 2hrs telling you that your kitchen door has a paint mark on the hinge.
