Smoking Ban

This new law they have in Ohio were you can't smoke in public places anymore is a bunch of crap. Non-smokers complain that we took away their right to breath clean air. So what do they call what they have done to us? They took away our right. They make smokers pay an additonal tax here to fund the art museum yet, they want to tell us we can't smoke. What kind of sense does that make?
