I am sick of the government trying to run people's lives. Smoking or not smoking is a personal choice. Who has the right to say what we can or cannot do to our own bodies or our own health? They put the warnings out, we read them, we should have the right to make our own decisions. No, I am not a smoker. But I do have the right to be, if I want to. If they don't want people to smoke, why don't they fine the companies that SELL the tobacco products, instead of penalizing the people buying it? If you can't buy it, you can't use it. If it's legal to sell and buy, it should be legal to use. Why does the government subsidize the tobacco companies, if they don't want people to smoke? More tax money! I say...... if you pay taxes on it, you should be able to use it. KEEP SMOKING !!!!!! This is OUR country - Home of the brave, land of the FREE. Shouldn't the politicians remember that word? Don't we have the right to pursue LIBERTY? Ensure JUSTICE and TRANQUILITY? Have you seen how tranquil people can be WITHOUT their nicotine?
