I have a judgment against me that was about 4 yrs old...I made a promissary note in court to make monthly payments! My judgement was for 1150$ etc... I made my payments and I owe now about 330$ The reason why I'm SO UPSET is because one day I went to make my payment and this office completely closed down, moved etc... I called them and they said that they were closing and moving to another location and will call me with the fowarding address etc... 1 week went by there number was disconnected etc.....THEN I gave up for a little time thinking they would contact me for their money and NOTHING so NOW I need to know where their at so I can get this DUMB judgement of my record!!!!! ANYWAYS I moved misplaced some of my receipts and I've been contacting the court RE: my problem! They callled me today and said that these people/person's license was suspended and moved on...SO on the other hand NOW I owe the court not these people! The court now needs me to show my receipts from 3 yrs ago to see what my balance is...BECAUSE o them I owe them 1150$ still! These other dummies never updated my payments or account with the court so now I'm really SCREWED!!!
