small claim court in rochester ny is bias against other colours i produce the pictures to the hearing officer with the paint falling off my car and how much i paid and he refuse to give me an award this is the second time this happen to me another time a car hit my car in the rear and the same hearing officer fail to act on it the only colour he can see is whites
