small change

Tim Horton's on Dunmore Road in Medicine Hat didn't give me or my friends all of the change coming to us because they said they didn't have pennies yesterday. So since the place was full, if they make a habit of this, they could rake in a good number of bucks over a period of time by ripping off the public. At no time did they offer to get change.
